What happened to "Hearts and Minds" mission?

Used to be every Friday the 13th and Halloween. So, where is it???

    It being a Friday on the 13th of the month, I was looking forward to doing the "Hearts and Minds" mission on some of my newer characters to get the Zombie Dance emote. Unfortunately, I can't find it in the menus I found it in before. :-(

    I've been waiting since February to do Hearts and Minds with my Klingon recruit... pretty disappointed with this dropped ball.

    It's up. It became available right around the time they normally do patches.
