Genesis Seed console activation not working correctly

I have made a video of the issue. Basically the Genesis Seed just disappears and not do it’s Kinetic explosion damage most of the time. Sometimes it disappears right after activating and sometimes it disappears long before hitting 30secs. I’ve talked about this with other players it seems Xbox and PC are having the same issue. Why it just disappears no one knows or can really point to a reason. In the video I linked is what I’m experiencing consistently which is the console is inconsistently you doing anything.

    I can confirm I have been having the same issue. It is intermittently working to full effect. I was thinking it might be tied to your target getting destroyed but didn't see that happen while in a TFO last night.

    Read the patch notes. It should be fixed finally after the server comes back up.
