Hello currently the fleet Dinaes warbird is bugged for me on my federation character. i have the Manticore, i have the Duvqu', and i have the vanguard fleet heavy destroyers in my shipyard when trying to purchase the romulan one it will not allow me to. it says i need to be a vice admiral. which im max level and need a spire tier 2. which our spire is tier 3. i thought it was provisions but we have 26 of those. and i have the fleet module. so its not reading properly and will not allow me to purchase it. (and yes i am a lifetime member.) 
They say there's no such place... as Paradise. Even if you search to the ends of the Earth, there's nothing there. No matter how far you walk, it's always the same road. It just goes on and on. But, in spite of that... Why am I so driven to find it? A voice calls to me... It says, "Search for Paradise."
