Account server time outs disconnects

Since around 9 or 10 pm last night constant issues with server disconnects account server time outs and long load screens as well as long retrieval of characters. 2 Cryptic crashes at opening the launch screen. Closed out the game force verified several time during one of these force verifications a small patch was loaded and these issues got worse to the point of not even loading into the character that had been selected.
