Dear cryptic-teams,
the new event (space) console Crystal Prism seems to need additional dev work:
- the firing range is only 5km (or even less)? Most other weapons/consoles have 10km range so they should have them same
- it does psyonic dmg so why does it need to have such an annoying slow "travel" effect like torpedos? Make it insta dmg/sec or half the "travel" time of the effect to be useful
- a volley of npc torpedos wipes them out like nothing (making them useless). A bit more resistance to kinetic dmg would be useful
- they aint seem to fire unless you specifically target an npc (unlike turrets or spiral wave support platform)? They should act like turrets/support platform and target anything in range
So overall compared to the ground version this space prisms are pretty much useless as of now.
