Crashing Loading into Qo’nos first city

I made a new Klingon with new event and when I skip tutorial and go to first city it crashes on load screen.

    My Klingon character on my account just completed a mission and returned to Qo’nos. When the system loads First City my system also crashes. I’ve rebuilt my PS4’s database, reset the system, and attempted to reload my character like 5 times and all with no luck. My other characters (FED and Dominion) all load up fine (none were at First City) so I don’t know what to do? Is this an issue with First City itself?

    Yeah, I missed and earlier post that referenced this… hopefully I don’t lose my character cause that would suck…
