Crash to desktop incident ID 3a2da7 (Second Wave)

In the Second Wave episode, after beaming to space I wipe out the Jem attack ships, save all of the friendly ships, and then the game crashes to desktop after being hailed by DS9. Reentering the game, I can answer the prompt and warp to Bajor, but the episode doesn't complete. I can go back to DS9 and restart the space battle, but it crashes again at the same spot, restarting the loop. The episode can't complete.
