Dear Admin/support or whatever you call yourselfs these days.
I have recently paid the18000 zen for a bundle of 10 ships that are called Legendary, Well i don't know, as for the moment i can access just the flight deck cruiser, (For which i have on other chars) not the 9 others, i have not just forked out over 18000 ZEN for ONE SHIP!!!! , Oh and 10 admirality ships (woot)
NO they are not in my zen store just hiding.
YES i used the filter Too filter out the ships hell i even typed in Legendary in the filter search thingy.
YES i expect 10 ships not 1 or 2, 10
YES i have made 2 tickets and haven't heard anything accept "oh...you seem too make 2 tickets".
YES i am Rather Annoyed, (infact there was probably steam coming from my ears about 3 and a half hours ago when i didn't get them)
YES i expect too get what i paid the zen for if not it's a little thing called "false advertising".
I am not asking for your first born child or nothing, i just want my ships. It's not excatly rocket science is it?? My in game handle is @nightelfmowhawk, I expect something done. If not i want too know why.

You can file a ticket with Customer Support with the link up at the top of the page. (For mobile devices, it's hidden insode the burger-like icon.)
I haven't purchased this pack, but I believe all the 10 ships should become available in the Store under the Ships > T6 category.
It's also possible that you could claim them via a Ship Acquisition Officer, such as on ESD or K7.
Yea, that will get you results. Just make 1 fricking ticket and wait for a response. Going off like some entitled brat isn't going to get you any faster results.
