Section 31 Command Heavy Battlecruiser Swarm Mode Bugged

As title suggests I've noticed recently this swarm mode ability is bugged. Every time I launch it it auto turns it self off after few seconds. I moved ability around tray to see if It was me accidently miss keypressing it and its not no matter where on tray it sits when I launch swarm mode it just turns it self of again over and over. Can someone please look into this? Thanks
