Purchased the Legendary KDF pack but it didn't apply to my character

Hello, I purchased the Legendary KDF captain pack for one of my characters but it didn't apply to the character, I received nothing. No level boost no ship, etc. The in game handle is Xlothath@marraak#1089

I was signed into that character when the purchase was made, but nothing applied. When I look at the Zen store the option is greyed out since I can only buy one for the account, so the purchase did register and the zen was deducted, I just didn't receive anything in return.

Have a look under your items tab in the c-store rather than the ship bundle sections where you will find the purchased package you described. From items the captain promotion and perks should add to your character when you claim it. I still have mine sitting there because I wanted to level as I played the recruiting event.

As mentioned above, the purchase of the pack only unlocks the ship for claiming from the T6 section of the Store.
The level-boost is a separate pack that needs to be claimed.
