Missions in Kobali Front sub-arc will not load

After landing on Kobali Prime, and approaching General Q'Nel for the initial missions, it seemed to remove the ability to even start the missions.

Image shows that no missions are available to be accepted. I had not completed any part of the Kobali Front missions. As far as I can recall, I landed on the planet, and the mission was simply removed from my mission queue, and my Episode list no longer shows that the Kobali Front arc is doable.

If the information is relevant, the character is a Delta Recruit.

Have a look in your "Available" tab for the Kobali Front Act I, II and III missions.

Have you accepted and completed this mission from within the Delta Quadrant story-arc in the Journal?
