Star Trek Online is an absolutely waste of time and money!!!
I played since 2012... i have payed many many for ZEN, LifeTimeAbbo and much more!

The company policy goes further and further away from the player, from the fan! Again and again essential things are removed from the game or no longer work. It is no longer fun at all.
So keep your money and stop wasting your precious time with STO. Here's what I'm going to do.
