The Elachi, the Dino with the Laser, etc. Several ground combat pets are for sale for 2000z. The ad reads the same "The combat and vanity pet unlocks for the entire account."

Unfortunately, this listing is incorrect or the system is bugged as I cannot claim the Dino on any character on my account.

Once your purchase it, the listing is gone and you can only see this:

So this means that purchases that unlock for the entire account, only means a 1-time purchase for 1 character?
I know that is the case with the Ultimate Upgrade...but the pet as well?

I also logged a ticket and they suggested I re-login / reboot. Yeah...that's not going to work. I only submit a ticket after try those first. All I can say for now is don't buy from the Z-store until it's fixed.
