Jem'Hadar Recruit Speacializations issue

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
So I was working on my Jem'Hadar recruit when it first came out. I put all My points into Intelligence Officer specialization and noticed that none of the point counted. It says that is one of the things i can put points into for it to count towards that Item. Please Help!
