Items disappeared after a certain sequence of events

1. Queued for a PVP match
2. While waiting for the queue to start, while in Sector Space, switched starships from the Malon Freighter to a NX Escort Refit (T6)
3. When I warped back in from the switch starships, it warped me into the PVP match
4. All items from the Malon Freighter did not transfer, and instead have disappeared from the Malon Freightor, my inventory, and my bank.
