Pavyl isn't showing up during Lohlunat Festival

I'm trying to get the Master Relaxer accolade and all I need is "Become a Seeker Commander by participating in Pavyl's game." However, Pavyl does not show up on the beach, nor is he at any of his hiding spots.

yes i have the same thing for at leat 4 years now. can't come pleat it.

Yea it's a well know issue, those who started doing his game (Pavyl's) with his 4 hiding spots that began prior to the Lighting 2.0 changes, somehow despite not finishing all the locations he's not available, or in any of the 4 hidding spots.

This is a thread I created last year, but if you search keyword 'Master Relaxer' or 'Pavyl' you'll actually find a lot of them the last few years.

And many others, he will work often fine for toons who started the Payvl's game after the 2016 Lighting 2.0 Changes; yet for those who started his game before that they get bugged. As I denoted, I've only found him in 2 locations, yet he's not in the remaining hiding spots and still won't appear as shown by the screen shots in first thread above.

I guess it's just never been a priority to fix this.

Thanks for the info, I was able to successfully reproduce the issue internally and have sent the bug to the proper team to investigate. Unfortunately I will be unable to provide a timeline for this being fixed.

After six years, I can finally say Pavyl during the Lohlunat Festival has appeared for my Delta Recruit. So now on most of my characters I have finished the Master Relaxer accolade and am working on the others. Thank you, Cryptic especially @chrian#9670.
