Captain Traits Randomly Resetting

I hate to repost about something I already reported, but I can't find the original post, and anyway this time it's a little different, so-
I posted about my character Garibaldi@Dog_Of_War_1138 having captain traits and ship traits disappear whenever I swap ships. This is still happening. The reputation traits also reset randomly. But now another toon, Ch'Ching (Klingon dahar master), has her traits reset every time. Not only do they reset when changing to a new ship, they reset again going into a mission or a TFO. But only sometimes. And sometimes it's captain traits, sometimes ship traits, sometimes both, and almost always space reputation (but not ground- go figure). I can fix one bunch, then start a mission and find that the others have been reset. And the first thing I do anymore, on any character, when starting a TFO is to check my traits and repair them as much as I can before the shooting starts.
Can anyone please look into this? It makes it kind of pointless picking out the traits I want if they'r going to be reset anyway, and then I have to redo my build in a frantic 30 seconds.
