Hitchmay Band shirt bug (Gorn)

My KDF Gorn character recently acquired the Hitchmay Band shirt from the Risian Vendor but when I put it on them in the tailor he has no arms from the elbow down to the hand and looks he has detached floating hands. It's kind hillarious, but it would be nice if you could fix it.
