Gamma recruit rewards not triggering

Lvl 10&15 R&D rewards not working on gamma recruit, endeavor rewards missing,

Level 10 RnD worked for me last night I am yet to reach 15 though. and yes the Endeavors rewards are blank I'm wondering if they are a bug carried over from the Klingon Recruit as Gamma never used to have Endeavor and I don't remember seeing it being added to the new Gamma recruits.
