Bug 1 - I have a 100% T6 coupon that I am trying to use on the Grissom now that it is no longer discounted and it is not flagging the toggle where the T6 Clark did. (I was planning on getting both for free with saved tokens)

Bug 2 - I have the Crystalline Energy Torpedo unlocked on my primary character which is a reclaimable account unlock but unlike the other unlocks for some reason it is not appearing on my other characters like it should. Any fix ETA/ETR?

    Generally, I understand the rule to be 1 bug per thread, but nevertheless, I can respond to these:

    1 - There's 2 types of 100% T6 Coupons: one that can be used to buy any T6 ship & one that can only be used to buy ships that no longer appear in the 'New' category. It sounds like your second coupon is the kind that cannot be used to buy 'new' ships.

    2 - The Crystalline Energy Torpedo was a character specific unlock from way back in the early days of Events being run in the new Reputation system. There were many other items that were unlocked through Events Reputation and were character specific unlocks and we, the players, moaned and moaned about it.
    I think it was at the beginning of 2017, with the Sompek Lightning kit module that the event prize was an account unlock.
    The crystalline energy torpedo was from an event in March 2015, so pre-dated account-wide unlocks by just under 2 years.

    No, the 100% coupon is a standard unlock coupon as it allows access for other new ships.
