Critical / Critical sev sudden drop with no gear change

So I am wondering after contacting support and trying to get help for this matter if any other captains out there are having the same issue. I was celebrating and having great time finally hit nearly 260% crit sev and 48.9% crit. Was very excited to hit it, then logging in the next day I had huge drop to 42% crit and 223% crit sev. No gear had changed, So I re-logged no change, Checked gear and traits all the same. I even re-skilled and used a token just in case it was a weird glitch. But yet NO change I am very sad at the moment feeling hopeless after all my work and effort. Anyone else having this issue out there if so lets gather some support and show development team it needs fixing please!
