[Xbox One] Ability to skip a Cutscene

on xbox before the may update/patch we were able to skip cutscene, now we a forced to watch the cutscenes wth.
please give us back the ability to skip a cutscene, it is very frustraighting to have to watch cutsenes we have already seen 100x before.
i can understand us having to watch a cutscene if we have never watched it before, but not after we have already seen it before.
