Delta recruit credit for Delta arc...

Hey all,
My new Delta recruit just finished Dust to Dust but didn't get credit for it on the tesseract device.
Now here's a caveat: the mission journal shows ALL missions in the Delta arc completed, including the Kobali front. However I didn't actually play through the Kobali ground missions that you get from the Kobali general.
Could that be the reason?

    Yes, you have to do ALL of Kobalistan too.​​
