Can't Skip Cut-scenes

Recently I've noticed that most if not all of the cut-scenes can't be skipped any more this includes some but not all TFO briefings. I know there were always a couple like the New Romulos one that you can't seem to skip, but now it is all of them, like the Dyson Sphere, the other Romulan scenes in Mountain Pass, Dark cave etc. I have to spend several minutes sometimes as long as 5 as the dialogue goes on, and have missed out on the queue for TFO because of it.
I've already seen these and sometimes in the past I have watched them again just for fun, but to not have the option to skip them means it is taking a very long time to level up and complete storylines for my delta recruit and the Klingon recruit. Please re-enable to option, I like the cut scene usually but not when I have to watch them repeatedly on each and every character for the entire duration as well as the long spiels before the TFO's

Same on PC. Some cut scene are skippable, some are not. Always been like that and I can't see it changing. Some cut scenes contain vital info those are the ones usual un skippable

Yeah, I've also noticed many of the mission cut scenes can't be skipped anymore. Very annoying when you've sat through them umpteen times. The same goes for having to cancel that bloody welcome screen frequently when you change maps. Surely once, when you first load each character is enough. I never use the links in it anyway, unless in error because I wasn't expecting it to pop up in the first place.

I understand some were never able to be skipped, but recently it is many of those ones that could be skipped that can now, not be skipped at all. It is those ones I am talking about. It seems they can't be skipped anymore. I've played every mission many times through and I know which scenes could be skipped, which was most of them, now it seems they can't be and there are very few that can. The Dyson Sphere rep missions with the defecting Voth, all those missions reports cannot now be skipped, at least I couldn't last night, now I have to spend nearly 15 mins listening to all 5 mission reports, same with the New Romulus ones, although they aren't all at the same time, just the end of the instance.

Yep, as I have a Klingon character stuck because of the "Leap of Faith" door problem, each time I reattempt the mission I am forced to sit through the cut scene. After time two or three, it becomes super annoying.
