All "New Character" Slots missing since June 16/21 ARC Maintenance

As of the Wednesday June 16th, 5.5+ hour extended ARC Maintenance . . .
When i first logged back into my Star Trek Online Lifetime Subscription account
I was immediately drawn to the greyish colored box at the top of my Character list indicating i had filled all my character slots.
I know for fact the the evening of June 15th when i played last that this was not the case.
I don't recall how many available slots i had remaining, maybe a little as 3, maybe as many 5 or 6, honestly i don't remember the total.
Upon reading some other posts on the Star Trek online facebook page that some people has lost slots during the patch for House United and to be honest i didn't even notice if i had lost any slots then at that time or not.
I checked with a friend that is a Free to play user and he as well has lost what-ever amount of slots he had.
How-ever today i am slot-less, and i know that to be false.
Looking forward to Cryptic rectifying this issue soon.

I greet the association. I want to ask if I only have a problem that I lost free character creation slots, because it gives me votes that I have max characters, and in the last time I played the patch before, I had 6 free character creation slots and today I don't have any back

Lost all my free character slots since that patch too. All things STO continuing to decline steadily.

I lost my extra slot back in May.

I lost 2 new character slots that I had reserved for future recruit events when I logged in after the patch this morning.

Having to place my name/account on the missing character slots list too.

It's a bit disturbing finally logging-in & seeing one's character slots, multiple, missing with that grey void about the character roster.

At least Cryptic is publicly already acknowledging it so hopefully a fix will happen sooner than later.

Though I wasn't going to create a new character till probably the next recruitment since I had one already in mind.

I take it if we're missing a couple of characters slots now since patch we're in a "have to lay back & wait" situation for Cryptic to fix it? Any ETA? I think I saw Cryptic announce they're aware of it so that's good?

Add me to the list of accounts that LOST available character creation slots (2) - which I had PRIOR to today's (Wed. 6/16) extended maintenance that was performed.

I WAS actually going to buy the Mudd Pack but with no new slots to create a character with (I like to tailor on character to one ship and again, yesterday I had 2 slots available), I don't think I'll bother. If you guys are going top REMOVE stuff from player accounts that fact SHOULD be communicated in the patch notes too.

Yep Two missing character slots for me as of today's patch. And here was me thinking "I can use those for the Temporal Recruitment event later in the year! wouldn't that be cool?"

I didn't appreciate the anxiety of the missing character slots but I did appreciate the rather quick correction Cryptic did about it too, problem seems solved.
