[Resolved] Zen Exchange

I was referred to post this by a Game Master

I recently started doing the Zen exchange. Like everything else i do in games, i try to find what might be an efficient route to take to speed up a grind even if a little.
When taking more than 10m Dilithium out of storage, it will give you the 10m, but the excess will be deleted. Now whether this was missed out, a bug in the mechanic, or deliberately left in is anyone's guess. However if for those who have only just started doing this exchanging, this is not a good thing, especially the more Dilithium/Zen you put in. There will be those who downplay, "Sure, just don't take out more than 10m, that's all." In which case, you're clearly not paying attention to a safeguard that should be there to prevent this sort of accident.
Regardless, this has happened to me and I believe a mechanic should be implemented, gets fixed, reworked to prevent this loss in the future.
I could have lost $100s but thankfully I didn't have that much except ~10m to begin with. However in is infuriating for those who are FTP who spent weeks grinding all their characters only to lose it like so.
Hopefully I can get my losses returned to me so i can get back to normal gameplay once more.

24/06/21 EDIT: My situation has been resolved, thanks to the expert efficiency of the GM's. However, the problem still remains. Perhaps one day, the devs will see this post or other related posts to this similar problem to see if we can get a safeguard implemented.

I agree, in the past, I would imagine the dev's hadn't anticipated an issue like this since conversion rates back say 3 - 5 years ago were much much lower than today and thus didn't anticipate that people would have over 10m dilithium to chuck in and out at will. However that's changed since having 25k zen is near to if not more than 12m dil now, an update to prevent losses should be needed?
