Issue after playing Knowledge is Power

Got to the end of the mission, basically completed it, I am not 100% sure what happened but was in the process of being beamed back to the ship due to completing the mission and somehow my character rather ending up orbiting Boreth, I ended up on the Barge of the Dead from the old "Gates Of Gret'thor" mission which I completed and then this allowed my character to return to Boreth.

Has anyone else experienced this?
