32nd Century Uniforms Do Not Appear In Tailor For Ferasans After Unboxing

I was able to unbox the uniform on my Ferasan, item logs note it as being successfully acquired, but it is nowhere to be found in my tailor list. I would like to use this uniform, so I hope this bug can be fixed rather than receive a refund for the uniform.

This was in the patch notes for 27th,
Resolved a description error on the "Outfit Box - Federation Uniform (32c.)" which incorrectly stated it could be used by any character of any allegiance.
These uniforms are only available for use on Federation Species.

The uniform appears as Starfleet 3189

Ah, I didn't see those patch notes. That sucks, because I was able to open the box on my KDF character but got no uniform. I'll need to ask for a refund for that.
