Jem Hadar, see two Deep Space 9 listed in Transwarp.

Seems this happened a little awhile ago and not quite sure why.

Romulan's only however see it once after being unlocked, so not entirely sure why Jem see it listed twice.

    Yea it's possible.

    Given they get DS9 from the start, you'd have thought they'd make Diplomacy 4 grant something different; like something in perhaps the Gamma Quadrant where there from.

    Just seems odd they grant DS9 twice? Yet stranger things have happened...
