Unable to use Loadouts

For the last few months, there has been an issue accessing ship loadouts when not at a ship manager. Everything works normally and saves as expected but only when at a ship manager. But when you’re in your ship, loadouts do not load nor save. This happens in mission, in system space, and in sector space.

It’s painfully annoying to have to constantly check gear and crew positions anytime a new mission, patrol, pve or pve is started.

This is continuing to occur after the patch released around 5/26

This bug has been happening since the Experimental Ship Upgradde Token patch. Ever since then, my ships loadouts quit working. If i try to click on one, nothing changes, then right after that they Completely dissapear and it tells me I have none. But the option to purchase more remains.
