[BUG] Ticket: 512973: Red Warning Symbols / Icons not always showing for (any) Duty Officer missions

Sometimes for (any) Duty Officer missions, the "requires" icons (required duty officers icons) on the main duty officer window do not turn red (indicating) if you are lacking in the correct duty-officers to start the missions. Similarly if you lack the correct resources / duty officers to start duty officer missions, normally there appears a small "red warning symbol" (triangle and/or square) - this is not always showing up either.

I THINK it is some sort of memory-leak issue occuring on the main duty-officer-window (before you click on the duty-officer-mission "plan" button). So I don't think any specific duty-officer-missions are faulty, I suspect the icon displays on the duty-officer-windows are not always refreshing when the windows are open/opened.

This bug started happening a few weeks ago (for me anyway) - anyone else getting it?
