Can't Move Overflow Duty Officers in Inventary

As reported as ticket, support asked me to post here too the problem. Well i have some overflow duty officers and i can't move them in inventary as the overflow window say. I tried also /LootCancel but no effect so atm there is no way for move Duty Officers in inventary or unload them.
