On Ps4 some players can't purchase this ship (T-1light science vessel) at any ship vendors. It still says Zen and in red text unable to buy. All my characters and newly created ones with dil still can't get it. But some of my fleet members can get it. Why is this? The console from this ship is really important and works with a few starship traits.
