Scimitar, d'deridex, Sovereign, excelsior, galaxy, t'liss I really can't decide between them. honorable mention to bortas and oddy. Really hoping for legendary D'deridex and scimitar, as both are rather Iconic, even if one only showed up in one movie, T'liss was only in one episode before new trek.
The Tempest Class.
It's sleek, has a fairly traditional Federation configuration and is quite adaptable.
I just wish there were a T6 version, my Fleet T5-U is starting to feel a little long in the tooth.

I would have said 'Vesta' a while back, but since it's a sci ship I'm mostly watching it from the back. So you don't get to enjoy the design as much as with a broadsiding cruiser.
Klingons: Ning'tao Bird-of-Prey (only T3 unfortunately)
It exists as T5-X too if unlocking the T3 Ning'tao plus fleet Norgh Bird-of-Prey Retrofit plus an X token. I'm also hoping they make a proper T6 already.
I don't have just one favorite ship, and even if I picked one, it changes over time, which is a good thing.
At the moment, am really enjoying my T5X Harpia, because it's so rare to see anyone using it, I like the way it looks, especially in a theme-appropriate DEW-Hybrid, and cause I like the challenge of flying it and polishing the build. There's also a chance of it receiving a T6 treatment eventually, because it's not a Nova.
After possessing all ships I want to have in game and flying them for almost a decade I settled on those crafts that let me transport current meta builds best in my opinion. They are all used on different chars.
The variety I have for different PvE maps at my disposal ensures lots of fun. A bud of mine (with similar builds) and I can conclude most space elite maps 2 man.
