in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
None of the Characters Voices are Playing in any of the Missions in the Gamma Arc. All of the Noises and Effects are there and the Subtitles are there but None of the Voices.

    The same with the Gamma TFO Swarm. All Quests in the Gamma Arc have no voice overs.

    And yet he does during the Iconian Arc, must just be the newer audio files

    Odo’s voice was missing from Swarm for a couple of months but I noticed it was back as of last week.
