In Game Mail And Reputation Bug

Well as requested by customer support I am posting about these two issues that are occurring in game, in case others are experiencing the same.
1. New Romulas Reputation
Despite purchasing A life Time account my New Romulas Reputation has not been advancing at the increased amount of 5000 XP for Daily mission instead it had been progressing at the lesser amount of 2500(which is the Free account amount). This means I am now further back than all my other reputations and have expended substantially more Romulan Rep Marks. All other reps have been progressing at 5000 and are now well ahead of my Romulan rep despite then all starting around the same time. It took me a while to notice this discrepancy while in the early stages of the rep grind, however it became noticeable the further along I got and affects ALL characters on my account.
***Please Note*** it appears that this has now been rectified as of last night as I am now getting the 5000 rep for the daily, although I am still a couple of weeks behind all my other reps.
2. Cannot send Ingame Mail
For some reason I cannot send mail to other accounts despite having the address correct. Sometime these people can send mail to me (but not always) but I cannot send them any I cannot even reply. This is NOT Fleet Mail, but general personal mail. The mail messages keep coming back as [Unrecognized]Return to Sender and has been going on for months. As mention I can occationaly get mail from people, but cannot send any back to them.
This Issue is Still unresolved and is on going.
If anyone else experiencing the same I the I guess you are supposed to add your comments here and/or contact support.
