All the Bridge Officers Assigned to Bridge Stations or Department Head Positions not on Bridge

I have a Romulan ship that I use for some of my characters and I have my bridge officers assigned to the stations and assigned as department heads in the duty officer system but when I visit my ship interion all the stations are crewed by generic Romulan npc characters and not my assigned bridge crew. I tried swapping Romulan bridges to a different bridge, beaming down and back up again, reassigning the bridge stations, and reassigning the department head positions but nothing worked and my bridge officers are still not appearing properly on any of my Romulan ship bridges. Please fix this. Thank you.
