[BUG] Alpha Quadrant Transwarps Not Working

This has been submitted, communicated with support and forwarded to the devs by support. Relogging in doesn't help. Ongoing problem. Some haven't experienced it but some may have.

I am bringing it up here to increase visibility as requested by a Game Master
