Did my old Account Unlocks get negated?

I have been playing since June 2012 and haven't missed any events. There are several items that I earned over the years that were account unlocks that I no longer have in any reclaim store. The VSS Tanius Admiralty card at the top of that list. At least three characters on my account, Tal (Temporal Recruit), Caio (Discovery Captain), and Apex'itlan (Gamma Recruit) have received that Admiralty Card for free either automatically when unlocking admiralty or from the reclaim store. Now they are missing. I have also lost the unlocked status of the ISS Stadi admiralty card, Duty officers the Mirror Hakeev, Mariah Kilara Marr, Ang the Vicious, and the Automated Personnel Units (Tribble testing rewards).I understand that they were transitioned to per character unlocks after the events completed, but I recall them being account unlocks after the transition from single character event completions to account-wide event completions. My Jem'Hadar Gamma Recruit from only a few years ago has all of these things and I never spent a Phoenix Token they were actually in the reclaim section of the dilithium store and then the event store. Basically what I'm asking is, is this a glitch and if not, what gives?

My first eight characters had these rewards available, but not my Klingon Recruit.

Go to the Events screen and use the Reclaim menu there. The old Dil Reclaim menu is technically defunct.

Well my Dil Store - Reclaim (tab) still works, yet most things I see in Dil Store Reclaim also appear in Event Store - Reclaim.

NOTE: I remember at least earning the Assimilated assault Cruiser or the I.S.S. Stadi, and yet don't see either one or both as reclaimable either.

Realize I also seem to remember back in the day, previously when I did the Assimilated Assault Cruiser or the Stadi I think one was before they made them possible Account-Wide unlocks. Why many would do events on every Character, but then the Bonus Dilithium they realized was too much (Account-Wide) so they then changed to account-wide unlocks, and then eventually got rid of the tokens too switching to the current system.

Still at least it's not too bad using a few Rare Phoenix to re-acquire them.

Yes the Dil Reclaim still works, but not all items are there. That Reclaim is going to be removed at some point I believe, as the Event Reclaim store is replacing it.

Some of the things that are account unlocks are only available from the Promotions tab of the C Store. Other things come from other tabs of the C Store, the convention Leeta Entertainer Doff comes from the Items tab for no logical reason.

AFAIK The VSS Tanius Admiralty card was not an account unlock because I have had to buy it from the Phoenix store (rare quality Tier IV) with every recruit I've made since that event. It is also old enough that it was a per character unlock from before they made the events account unlocks.

Many of the items mantioned in the original post are character-specific unlocks when the events were run.
At the time Event Reputation Projectss were being auto-completed, it was only those that still had the projects that had their old projects changed to account unlocks.
This is why some people have the Crystalline Torpedo Launcher, for example, as account unlocks whilst some of us only have it on the characters that ran the original project at the time the event ran.

I don't think the dilithium store reclaim will be going anywhere, some things available in it are not event items, and it's also where you can buy certain items. Like Advanced Phasers, Advanced Disruptors, and Spiral Wave Disruptors. I haven't seen a lot of overlap between the two myself. And for new characters the dilithium store reclaim is available before the Events tab is. Dil store reclaim has things like consoles you buy through Mudd's Market or the new Projected Stasis Beam console that came in the D7 bundle. (Granted, some zen store stuff can be claimed that way, but Mudd's Market doesn't show up for a little while in the beginning. Also I don't think Projected Stasis Beam can be claimed on other characters via the zen store.) The event store has items from specific events. Sometimes there is overlap since items can be released in multiple ways. (Like old event items ending up in Mudd's Market and thus potentially being in both stores.)
