Jam Sensors not triggering Invasive control programming

After several trial tests in both PvE and PvP, Jam Sensors was the only control ability not activating with the Invasive Control Programming personal space trait. I had also tested that trait with Gravity Well and Repulsors which both worked and triggered the trait, leading to a randomly disabled subsystem on the foe. I submitted a ticket, however I'm curious to see who else might be experiencing this issue.
