in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
Have just purchased £39.99 for 5300 Zen in the PS Store and no Zen has been credited to my account. Not a clue who to contact or who I can speak to. This site is not very direct or informative. Who is at fault here, Sony ir Cryptic, please help. Have a screenshot through Sony transaction history.

    It might take a few minutes, or even a relog, for it to show up.
    If it still doesn't, I'd suggest contacting Customer Support via the link at the top of the page.
