Level 65 KDF using boost to 65 question

What EXACTLY do you miss out on if a level 65 uses the boost? In the Zen store the boost item mentions " Opening it at level 65 or higher will result in some of the contents not being granted." I had already gotten my KDF recruit up to level 65 before this bundle had been announced and don't wish to create another alt. I understand that I won't get any xp but I'd like to know what else I wouldn't get.

I believe you'd miss out on all the Experience Points and Expertise you'd normally gain whilst levelling to 65 since you are already there.
This also means you'd miss out on 45 Space points and 10 ground points - not a big loss since you already gained them as you levelled.
You'd also miss out on 15 Specialisation Points from 51 to 65, again because you already acquired them as you levelled.

I cannot be entirely certain if that's all you'd "lose" as I haven't bought one of these boosts.
