Blue Skies (Space Trait) Not Showing After Using Genetic Resequencer

I used one of the new Genetic Resequencer thingies for the Blue Skies trait, but it's not showing up when I try to equip the trait. I've tried switching maps, switching characters, and restarting the game completely, and it still hasn't showed up on my selectable Space Traits.

EDIT: Found it... it's a personal/captain trait, not a starship trait. Silly me. If a moderator would be willing to delete the post, so it doesn't waste space, that'd be great.
