Lethean Disruptor using phaser effects for beam overload.

The Lethean disruptor looks lovely and a deep red when used normally. Sounds like a phaser which is a bit disappointing. But when you use beam overload, it suddenly turns bright orange and is basically using the same effect and colouring as a standard Federation phaser.

Is this a bug or is this intended?

I'm rather disappointed as I just spent 3000 zen on one of the Lethean ships to unlock the disruptors.
