I purchased the 11th Anniversary Bundle and got all items except for the ship slots. I saw the item log that said I received them but they were not in my inventory.
I submitted a ticket through they game and they want to me to submit this bug report before we can continue. I searched my inventory, I checked to see if I had anything to claim through the C Store and there wasn't anything. I checked to see if they were auto assigned to my character but I had the same number of ships and ship slots that I had before I purchased the bundle.
They also asked for a screenshot of my ship list which I really don't want to put here for all to see. Plus, how do you add a photo in here. It asks for a photo url but it is sitting on my desktop. This has been a wast or time and 2-3 weeks.
