Batteries won't stay put

No matter how much you save your loadout, crafted batteries keep unslotting when you change instances, leaving only 1 in place. Every time!!!

I just logged in and what do I find? >_<

    My ships often hork out regular, uncrafted batteries, as well as turrets. Occasionally they even barf up a phaser bank into Inventory. I think this is more likely to happen to me after I have used a battery or turret; it's like the Load-out thinks there needs to be the exact same number of the consumable item as when it was last saved, and if there's not, it will barf out all or all but one of that item.

    ...I can't explain the phaser bank. Engineering Boffs were mucking with it, I guess.
