Some boffs abilities won't slot in.

Each new ship I set up, some of my boffs won't work, as in the abilities won't go in.

Here's what I mean:


the reset to default won't work.

It can be done by lots of clicking around and some laborious jiggery-pokery, but it's so damned annoying and it would be difficult to explain what I mean.

Apparently, if you change the default skills on their skills page, they should load, but I don't find this works for me.
