That was just server maintenance. No fixes were implemented during that time. If there were, they would have been mentioned in the patch notes, on STO's Twitter account, and/or other official outlets where they disseminate information.
P.S. Please fix the 23rd century TOS suit for men.

You forgot to mention you have to be level 20+ in the patch notes to reclaim your DOFF after dismissing them. Please add that there. Thanks.
KK, wishful thinking, since we have the Recruitment Event still going. Would have really liked to have this:
"Resolved an issue with the Bridge Officer reward from Klingon Recruitment causing it to be Rare instead of Very Rare. If you already claimed a Rare version, head to your Temporal Agent to reclaim the reward for a Very Rare version. You'll have to dismiss the Rare version to do so."

Does not work if your Recruit is less than Level 20.
Mine is still working his way up. I examined my BOFF, she was Rare. I dismissed her per the Notes, and went to the Temporal Agent in the Great Hall. NOTHING (including my Recruit) is available. I checked my Recruit Interface Device, she is not available from there either. The reward shows as already claimed (and the only change is Honor to Superior Honor. Had I known that, I would have kept the Rare version. What a worthless upgrade. Changing Basic Space Specialist to Superior would have been worthwhile).
Anyway, just to make sure, I beamed out and returned, and checked both the Agent and the Device again - nothing.
Thanks to following these patch notes, I have lost a great BOFF, and cannot reclaim her.

Can we get some clarification on the issue regarding the Bridge Officer reward please? I saw some in game chat about the issue and also read here that if you dismiss the rare Boff you are then unable to claim the very rare one. Is this a known bug or is there some other issue?
I too have the blue variant, and would like to upgrade, but not if I may lose the Boff altogether.

Resolved an issue that was preventing the "Mycelial Realm" TFO from appearing in the PvE TFO UI. Good for the players hunting to do it.
Resolved an issue with the Bridge Officer reward from Klingon Recruitment causing it to be Rare instead of Very Rare.
If you already claimed a Rare version, head to your Temporal Agent to reclaim the reward for a Very Rare version. You'll have to dismiss the Rare version to do so. This reads as a good fix, but from in-game it isn't fixing properly. Even after dismissing not reclaimable & I saw in game chat that perhaps the BOFF's traits got adjusted, so probably best to relook & address.
Resolved an issue that was causing the Environmental Suit (23rd Century) to not display fully when worn. This is 1 of those small cosmetic glitches that has persisted for, as someone stated above, around 2 years which is pathetic, but if it's finally fixed well done.
Inspiration (Command Spec Ship Ability):
Activating Bridge Officer Abilities now generates 20% more Inspiration than it previously did. It got a good reception when it was first stated on a livestream last week &, if working, I'm sure players will be appreciative of the small little Inspiration boost.
Overwhelm Emitters:
Triggers will no longer be consumed by DOT ticks, or very low sources of damage.
Doubled magnitude of both Shield Drain and Shield Healing at all ranks (from 10/15/20% to 20/30/40%). Reads as a decent to good improvement for those using this Command Ability.
Not sure if intended or not since not in the patch notes but way to go in bringing back the KDF recruitment little 25 dilithium droppings.
My only negative is STILL no Q's Winter Wonderland newest manuals & modules??? At least nothing mentioned in the patch notes so hopefully they were just not important enough to mention with all the itty bitty fixes & improvements.

Not fixed. Logged into my TOS toon and the problem is still there. Have you checked your suit? Thank you.
I'm still getting the bug. Only my helmet and pants on the 23rd Century environmental suit is showing.
I need to update my comment. I have the Zen store suit that I paid money for. And it is still having the bug.

Update: Swing! And a miss - on my Main TOS era character I just tried the 23c EV suit - and it still has the same graphical error it's had since Kael and the Dev who thought the bug was really funny - showcased it on his Twitch stream.

Infiltrator was already Superior on the Blue version. It was Honor they changed to Superior for the purple, according to the Device preview. Meh.

I mean I had mine before I finished the first story arc, so it’s not that crazy. Ambush kills are super easy if you’re used to that type of build already.
Actually, I found what was fixed is not what we thought was fixed. This fixes only the common 23c EV suit from the Tholian mission and not the very rare 23c EV suit from the C-Store "Agents of Yesterday" Expansion pack. So yes that still needs to be fixed.
