Klingon recruit unable to do endeavors

I unlocked endeavors for my kdf recruit yesterday, but all the endeavors were ticked off even though I had NOT done them on another character (saw it was a recruit challenge, so held off). I tried changing locations and waiting for the daily reset but still they all show as completed, preventing me from doing them at all.
