No ground phaser sound

I just got back on game for first time and I don’t hear phaser coming from my character.

I’m having the same issue. Also getting no voices from the DS9 NPCs (Kira, Bashir, Quark, etc.).

These ground weapons so far has no sound, Maco pulse rifle (22c), Phase pistol (22c) and Jaylah's staff.
